New rules …. for use of cyberweapons? For goodness sake, you cannot be serious. Wake up and smell the coffee. There are no enforceable rules for cyber, and certainly none to be supplied by those who can create overwhelmingly powerful and virtually destructive cyberweapons, which I might suggest are themselves indestructible, other than the ones one would choose, or not choose as the case may be, to impose on oneself.
And who imagines that they have the authority to police and impose rules and regulations on SMART Intellectual Spaces which change realities and provide alternate future scenarios ……. which are nothing more than vain glorious mass media productions?
Or do you not think that the future has been reduced and/or elevated to being just a series of internetworking media programs, requiring more intelligence in their running and direction than is usually exhibited in humans?
So what would all of that tell and show a Stealthy Invasive and Invisible and Intangible and IntelAIgent XSSXXXXPeditionary Force of Invincible Natures and Immaculate Powers, apart from a Global Achilles Heel for New Orderly World Orders to take aim and shoot at?

The difference between Ron Paul, Obama, and the others is that Ron Paul believes in the Republic and the Constitution being dominant over the varied passions of the moment like Obamacare, Socialism, the Neo-con agenda, Neo-colonialism, the American Empire, Fiat Money, etc.
This is not Obama's first public swipe at the Supreme Court (most notable was at State of Union speech). Expect more intimidation and bullying, and perhaps even recess appointments to Supreme Court to achieve strategic objectives of his socialist ideology following the precepts of his Master teacher, Alinsky; particularly if a second Obama term. I think this prelude to a second term overthrow of what is left of Constitutional government (won't be much left after 8 years of Bush II and 8 years of Obama).
Country seems crazier all the time. Watching Hilary acting like the Queen Mother telling her minions in North Korea what to do. The King Obama and Queen Hilary show. I sense a repeat of the forced opening of Japan and China in the nineteenth century, except North Korea is better prepared and strongly seems to want to preserve its culture. Maybe some international deal cutting on Syria and Iran, in exchange for who knows what. Surely you mean his rabbid fascist ideology, Joelg, for such is it undeniably modelled on. It does everyone a great disservice to be coy and circumspect on such matters, for then is one easily misled to believe in something which doesn't exist and that allows a quite perfect stealth to a hidden agenda which is hidden because it would garner no universal support because of its less than equitable and fair intent, which in extremis would be popularly labelled as diabolical rather than saintly.

Err, is that not a bit like reinventing the wheel or trading with the enemy, and would not Google be missing out on a valuable revenue stream and market leading product placement in some pretty vital international services by not supplying their new super duper superior secretly developed switches to the likes of a Cisco and Juniper?
Or does the information business level they are operating in with such switches take the flow of available intelligence to higher and wider and even more sensitive [as in strictly need to know] levels, and thus would third party purchase be inappropriate and disadvantageous?

The elephant in the room which everyone appears to be avoiding commenting on .....?
If the valuation of Instagram was unorthodox, so were the negotiations. No bankers or lawyers were involved in the sitting-room deal which was thrashed out between Zuckerberg and Systrom.
Now that is progress and surely a sign that they are not needed in modern big business between principled principals.
Not a good day for parasites, that one.

What you have not recognised in that which you have posted, is that both Power and Money are trumped and/or delivered by intelligence and thus is a smart being with a demonstrably greater intelligence, able and/or enabled to "trouble" a system which considers itself untouchable and in absolute control [and let us not get bogged down in arguing about that being a delusional aspiration and fantasy situation, for it may very well not be for smarter beings with demonstrably greater than normal human intelligences] is that which is what one should be engaging with.
However, even that task for an elitist system, or an awakening mass movement being educated on how things are powered and controlled on a global basis to entrap and dominate them, is probably not necessary for them to consider, as to speed things along, lest the system and the masses not be nearly smart enough to recognise the dangers and troubles it faces and have no viable solutions to offer, would any smarter being worthy of the moniker first freely offer their services before contemplating the ease with which they will cause system administration havoc and collapse with CHAOS.
And it is a very simple thing to remember, and something which always works remarkably well ....... Give any smart being what they want and you will control them as they control and enable you to continue giving them what they want. Only fools destroy anything rather than constructing and recycling everything to create a Brave New Orderly World. And if they would only want fiat money, is that a double whammy of incredible great fortune, for it never ever leaves the system, does it, and whenever it is being spent, does it create industry and pleasure .... just like magic.
Oh, and it can be further simplified yet again, should they agree to accept one of those magic plastic cards which are always charged with more than enough for their every need, even should their needs be fed from the extravagant ends of available scales.
