Pop into any bank and propose a new successful business venture requiring their, and or other third party launch funding, with a methodology and service identical to that which banking provides, and they will consider it most probably criminal and decline to be involved and have their services in any way associated.

I wonder if Mark Carney realises that present position and future reality or whether he and his ilk are blissfully ignorant and arrogantly dismissive of changed global circumstances and new relatively remote and anonymously controlled virtual control of commendable and commanding event cycles, which have the sweet sticky possibility of being able to be both highly destructive and/or beautifully constructive at the same and/or at quite different times, and at one or all places or in any desirable combination of the above and aforementioned.
