Not true.
I for one am an American citizen. I respond accordingly.

RE:"In a public statement in 2014, the NSA confirmed that it now has Section 702 approval to investigate "cybersecurity" targets. How wide a remit that gives it is unknown. A lot of security researchers will rightly be concerned that they are on a list, but the term "hacker" is so broad – and the court so lenient – that the surveillance could include an awful lot of people."

I noticed you found a way around requiring a warrant again.
Sad day indeed.

RE:"By putting backdoors in the software, we have given hackers the access we are trying to prevent."

I would guess they would install a public/private key pair combo to where you either have the key, or you find a weakness in the cryptography. I am guessing this key would be a closely guarded secret.

Anyhow, I do not think it would be nearly as easy to hack as anyone is making it sound.
The best and the brightest I am guessing.

????? Not true, Casey E? Oh please, you cannot be serious, surely? And what is your perception of an appropriate response [APT ACT] from an American citizen/denizen if someone is treating you as the enemy?
